With the unique identification capabilities of RFID tags, the system can accurately authenticate vehicles, minimizing the risk of unauthorized entry.
With swift and seamless identification, vehicles can swiftly enter and exit the parking facility, reducing congestion and enhancing overall efficiency.
With the central parking management system acting as a control hub, administrators have access to real-time monitoring and reporting.
RFID parking control systems often integrate with payment gateways, enabling cashless and hassle-free payment options.
The modular design of these systems allows for easy expansion, making them suitable for various parking facility sizes and configurations.

The most notable benefit of RFID parking management solutions is that vehicles can be permitted to enter or exit the parking facility without human intervention. In other words, instead of swiping an ID card or pushing numbers on a keypad, all one has to do is simply approach the gate, where RFID readers will authenticate the vehicle and allow it to pass through. This eliminates the need for parking attendants and avoids having to inconvenience drivers, especially those who are too short to reach the card swiper or keypad from where they are sitting and, therefore, must routinely get out of the vehicle to make the gate open. RFID parking systems of this nature are already in use by transportation departments to make traveling on toll roads more efficient (e.g., ETC).
STEP 1:
RFID Vehicle Tags are assigned to all vehicles.(Headlight Tag or Windshield Tag)
STEP 2:
RFID Readers are installed at entry and exit points within the parking facility. When vehicles approach, the Readers “read” the signals being broadcasted by the RFID Tags displayed on each vehicle.
STEP 3:
The RFID Vehicle Tag transmits data, and this information is then imported into the Parking Control Software. The software tells the system to grant access to the vehicle, records their activity, and can even trigger surveillance cameras at the entry/exit points or log and bill back parking charges to the customer.
This is all accessed through an easy-to-use interface.
