1. Focus on the construction of new infrastructure, accelerate the development of the next-generation IP network, all-optical communication equipment and other communications and network industries, enhance the independent innovation capabilities of new displays, strengthen breakthroughs in core technologies of the Internet of Things, and maintain the stable development of the electronic equipment manufacturing industry.


2. Launch tens of millions of IoT application demonstration projects in the fields of industrial control, home care, precision agriculture, product traceability, energy management, smart parks, smart transportation, and public safety, promote the integration of IoT technology and transportation, and advance the stock Upgrade and transformation of facility informatization.


3. Achieve overall breakthroughs in core technology fields such as radio frequency identification (RFID), sensors, IoT communication chips, system software, and information security, and cultivate a group of internationally competitive IoT backbone enterprises.
