Multi-surface tag is an RFID tag that uses UHF band for communication and can be attached to the surface of objects of various surface. It can store and transmit information related to items, such as product number, production date, batch, etc.
Working principle: UHF multi-surface tag mainly works based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the tag enters the magnetic field range of the reader, the tag antenna receives the radio frequency signal emitted by the reader. This signal activates the chip inside the tag, and the chip reflects the information stored in it back to the reader through the tag antenna. After receiving the reflected signal, the reader demodulates and decodes it to obtain the information carried by the tag.
Logistics and warehousing management: In the field of logistics and warehousing, UHF tags are widely used for tracking and management of goods. From the entire process of goods entering the warehouse, storage, sorting to leaving the warehouse, labels can help staff quickly and accurately identify information such as the quantity and status of goods.
Supply chain management: In the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to product sales, RFID labels can achieve real-time tracking of product information. Different companies can share product-related data through unified label standards and reading and writing systems to improve the transparency and collaborative efficiency of the supply chain.
Asset management: For the company's fixed assets, such as equipment, vehicles, office furniture, etc., UHF multi-media labels can be used for asset inventory, positioning and maintenance management. By labeling assets, managers can use readers to quickly count the number and location of assets, and can store asset maintenance records, service life and other information in the labels for easy maintenance and update management.
