UHF Headlamp Anti-Fake Tag is an ultra-high frequency anti-counterfeiting tag specifically designed for automotive headlights. The tag measures 100×47mm, with an antenna of 95×8mm, meeting the needs of most automotive headlight manufacturers. Made of transparent PET material, it features an adhesive backing for direct application to headlight housings, plastic parts, or packaging. Installation is very simple, and it is unaffected by high temperatures or outdoor environments, making it ideal for long-term use in automotive lighting.
RFID tag incorporates an M4QT chip (ISO18000-6C GEN2 protocol), giving each tag a unique identification number. It has a reading range of up to 10 meters and can be read in batches via RFID readers, enabling headlight authentication, production tracking, and after-sales anti-counterfeiting.
Furthermore, to prevent counterfeiting and unauthorized removal, the UHF Headlamp Anti-Fake Tag employs a tamper-proof structure: if someone attempts to remove it, the antenna immediately breaks, rendering the tag unusable and preventing re-application or swapping.
